Terms of Service for Morse Link

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Morse Link (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to the code, design, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of László Mócsy and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engages in any activity that could harm or exploit others.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall László Mócsy be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Modifications to the App and Terms

I (László Mócsy) reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. I also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
